Self-love is the foundation.
Your outer world reflects the way you love yourself. You only attract the same frequency.
If someone doesn't treats you well, it reflects the part of you that hasn’t fully learned self-love yet. We constantly manifest what aligns with our subconscious mind. The situations—and especially the annoying people—are mirrors showing us what needs attention and healing.
Instead of resisting, see them as opportunities to work inward. Otherwise, the same patterns will keep show up with different situations and people. Be grateful for what they reveal.
Beliefs begin forming in childhood, and by age six many of your foundational patterns are already in place. Children feel everything six times stronger than adults, which is why their reactions can seem so big. And the stories and experiences form you. And the subconscious minds remember everything. At times, memories from the womb come up in sessions. This is why things that are not important to you consciously come up with your session, because it matters in subconscious level.
I often say: “Watch how your world will shift.” And it does—when you commit to your healing. Your world/reality begins to feel safer, calmer, and kinder. You will reach a place where you deeply know that you are the one who create your reality in all aspects, make you feel happy, safe and secure. The more you heal your heart and soul, the less the outside world can disturb your peace. There is no need to blame, avoid, seek validation, or worry.
I’ve witnessed so many of you evolve—committed to follow-up BodyTalk sessions and breaking patterns. Those who have taken my Reiki class and are truly committed often experience faster shifts in their physical well-being and begin manifesting more naturally. They start to shine from within 〜 Remembering who they truly are.
I am fascinated by these modalities, and deeply grateful to witness your healing and transformation🦋
